1.0.4c : Polymod Meta Hotfix

Hotfix for the last version, which didn't load properly anymore.
Apparently you can't put letters in the mod version of the _polymod_meta.json file.
If you've downloaded the 1.0.4b version, please update it. However if you're still on the 1.0.4 version, you can still use it without any problem.
