1.1.2 : Psychic Ban

A bugfix only patch; I removed  a test equipment I accidentally left in the last update as well as banning Psychmallow from some episodes where encountering it can be a bit buggy.

I unfortunately haven't really started working on the 1.2 update, as I was a bit busy; Hopefully I will be able to complete it before Dicey Dungeons 1.7 update that will probably require a bit more work in order to make it compatible, delaying it further.
