A small update, covering a bug with Mad Bomber's texts aswell as trying to make Mad Bomber and Storm Shaman less dumb with how they use their equipment. (Mad Bomber will still gladly take high risks)
Also improved a bit on Psychmallow's rule, which now have a proper animation and sound effect.
